Program Changes and Modifications

• While we strive to minimize disruptions, these changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits you have already earned. Additionally, your ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits may be impacted.

Termination of Your Participation

  • Membership inactivity for more than 6 months (no points earned or redeemed)
  • Illegal activity
  • Fraud
  • Misrepresentation
  • Other conduct deemed inconsistent with these Program Terms or detrimental to our interests
  • Suspected illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized use of Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons, and/or certificates
• If your membership is terminated, the following will occur:
  • Any accumulated rewards or benefits in your account will expire automatically.
  • Your access to the Program and its features will be terminated automatically.
  • We reserve the right to take appropriate legal action in cases of suspected illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
